An Advance Proof

Abstract

WE are indebted to the MINISTRY OF SUPPLY for calling our attention to the report on the SUPERMARINE full‐scale rig to test out before installation the complete fuel‐system of a new type of aeroplane. We also have to thank MESSRS VICKERS‐ARMSTRONGS for falling in with the MINISTRY'S suggestion that the report should be published in AIRCRAFT ENGINEERING, for the general benefit of others charged with the design of fuel systems, and the authors for their whole‐hearted co‐operation in adapting the report and putting it into a form suitable for reproduction here.
