Abstract
DURING the latter part of October, Mr George Edwards, the Managing Director of British Aircraft Corporation, discussed with General Andr6 Puget, the President of Sud Aviation, the final details of the design, development and production programme for an Anglo‐French supersonic airliner. The outcome of the talks was said to be ‘complete agreement’. Further events now wait upon the meeting between Mr Julian Amery, Minister of Aviation, and his opposite number in the French Government, M. Dusseaulx, which is scheduled for November 7.
