Abstract

BY the end of 1966, no fewer than 57 B.A.C. One‐Eleven Series 200 and 400 airliners had been delivered to four airlines and two industrial organisations in the U.S.A. This is a remarkable achievement for the U.S. market is unquestionably far and away the most difficult for a European airliner to penetrate in depth.
