Abstract

THE RADIO TECHNICAL COMMISSION FOR AERONAUTICS have recently considered “Upgrading the Air Traffic Control System”. Primarily, it was a progress review of the “third generation” as it has evolved since the 1969 report of the Air Traffic Control advisory committee; originally the Alexander Committee.
