Editoral
Abstract
IN our editorial in May we made a strong appeal to the Opposition in the House of Commons to throw out that iniquitous Bill to hi‐jack the British aircraft industry. In the event the Opposition did at least manage to delay the proceedings despite some extremely questionable manoeuvring by the Leader of the House. We are not so conceited as to suggest that our words swung the pendulum but we certainly congratulate those members who, even at so late a date, imported some sanity into Britain's industrial methods.
