Abstract

ATL (Applied Technology) Ltd, the Hendon‐based Q.C. instrumentation company, have announced the launch of a range of high sensitivity surface contamination detection instruments, designed to measure differences in the chemical state of the surfaces of all materials, with the exception of glass and Teflon. It is believed that these are the first instruments capable of taking such measurements in free air.
