Abstract
NASA has exercised a launch vehicle option under the Medium Expendable Launch Vehicle services contract, and a McDonnell Douglas Delta II expendable launch vehicle will carry the X‐ray Timing Explorer (XTE) spacecraft into low earth orbit in 1995.
