Abstract
THORN EMI Electronics (TEE) and IBM Aerospace Systems Integration Corporation (IBMASIC) have signed a teaming agreement to bid for the UK Ministry or Defence ASTOR Programme. An invitation to tender for the Project Definition phase of the programme is expected within the next few months.
