Abstract

Introduces a new technology developed by VEGA, known as equipment emulation. Describes this as a computer alternative to training on real‐life equipment or simulators, which is cost‐effective and easy to use. Looks at the Sea Harrier maintenance trainer and the computer aircraft training systems and their successful application in the aerospace industry.
