A Question of Measurement

Abstract

Is accuracy or reproducibility more appropriate? How sensitive need it be and what will be the loading effect if the instrument is used? Should a recording version be purchased? This paper defines the terms used in instrument specifications and suggests the questions which need to be answered before a rational selection can be made.
