Abstract
The School of Food Studies at Humberside College of Higher Education (hopefully soon to be designated Humberside Polytechnic) has, over the years, worked with industry to develop a portfolio of courses and a programme of research which has gained it an international reputation as a centre of excellence for food science and technology.
