Quality assessment 11 — Electrodeposited coatings

Abstract

Electrodeposited coatings play a variety of roles in PWB fabrication. They can be used in a number of ways, according to their specific physical characteristics, to achieve a particular purpose in the scheme of PWB processing. Since materials in PWB fabrication have such diverse and complex properties, electrodeposited coatings play a key role in making these materials more compatible with each other while still retaining their useful properties.
