The Telematics for Libraries funded project DECOMATE II: Developing the European digital library for economics, finished its specification phase in August 1998. Analysis of Digital Resources. Outlines the digital resources available at the local sites of the project participants, including an analysis of their digital resources and their suitability to the development of the project.

Scope of DECOMATE II. Identifies the type of materials and resources to be included in the service, and includes a short study on its main characteristics in view of potential problem areas that can be encountered.

User Study Design. Outlines the methodology to be used to gather both qualitative and quantitative feedback, and outlines a preliminary timetable for the user study.

User Requirements, System Architecture and Conceptual Design. Describes the user requirements and contains the description of the system environment and conceptual design of the system.
