Soya protein and genetic modification
Protein Technologies International, the world’s leading supplier of isolated soy protein, has developed a system which enables it to offer a genuine choice between GM and non-GM soy protein. PTI’s non-GM soy is grown under its Identity Preservation system in the USA which follows soy production from non-GM soybean storage and planting on the farm right through to the food manufacturer.
