New spray butterer

Kotatop is a spray buttering machine which it claims will butter sliced bread more effectively than a roller buttering machine. It applies measured amounts of butter or low fat spreads evenly on all types, shapes and sizes of bread without the need to adjust the height of the applicator and without the usual crumb problem. The new device is being used by Tasties of Chester, one of 12 companies on the current NHS National Sandwich contract. Rutland Handling which makes the Kotatop is based in Corby, Northamptonshire and recently celebrated its twentieth anninversary. It supplies companies in France, Holland, Norway, Sweden, Greece, New Zealand, the USA and South Africa. It has an Internet newspage of www.rutlandhandling.co.uk
