There are a number of books on various exclusion diets but this one includes some really thought provoking case histories plus a really useful explanation of the different degrees of lactose intolerance. Lactose is the sugar found in milk.

The main thrust of the book is lots of information from a practical point of view as well as a number of lactose‐free recipes.

It is a useful and practical book for those who have an intolerance to lactose with lots of good scientific information put into easily understandable forms.
