The Allergy & Gluten Free Show is held to help everyone with food allergy and intolerance, eczema and sensitive skin, IBS, migraine, asthma, hay fever and chemical sensitivities.

People could attend one of more than 40 free seminars by top experts on allergy, eczema and sensitive skin, asthma, IBS and migraine – many of whom charge hundreds of pounds for a private consultation.
Attendees could also see allergy-friendly cookery demonstrations such as see how to make an amazing wheat, dairy and egg-free feast with author and founder of Nosh Detox, Geeta Sidhu Robb.
Importantly, people could make sure that their diet has the balance needed by getting a free healthy eating review from a registered dietician on the British Dietetic Association stand.
People could also speak to experts from key support groups such as:
