The way the NHS runs is changing and will be going through a process of reform over the next few years. Government plans to reform the NHS by building a service that is personal, fair and diverse, with patients at the heart of everything it does. The recently published white paper – Equity and Excellence: Liberating the NHS has spelt out far reaching plans that are heralded as the most radical since 1948.
