Teamworking has become increasingly popular but a new report from the UK Health and Safety Executive (HSE) states that although it can reduce work-related stress it can also have the opposite effect. A new model has been published by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) to help companies understand how to use teamworking effectively and to avoid creating a heavier workload for employees.
